Comfort Hall is one of Haverford's newer residence halls, housing approximately 65–75 students in a corridor-style layout with central air conditioning — an amenity that distinguishes it from most of Haverford's older historic buildings. The hall offers a mix of singles and doubles per floor, with communal all-gender bathrooms and laundry facilities within the building. Its more modern construction means updated electrical and network infrastructure throughout. Comfort Hall is part of the broader Haverford residential community governed by the Honor Code — no RAs patrol the halls; instead, students self-regulate through peer accountability and the campus-wide Honor Council system. This structure creates an unusually high-trust, student-run residential environment that Haverford students consistently cite as one of the college's most distinctive features.
