Kim Hall is Haverford's newest residence hall, built in 2012 alongside Tritton. It houses upperclass students (junior/senior priority) in single rooms on 2 floors. The building has air conditioning, all-gender bathrooms, laundry, and a microwave/kitchen sink per floor. Suite-style organization means rooms are grouped with shared common areas. Kim Hall and Tritton Hall represent Haverford's most recent architectural investment in residential life. The single-room model in Kim reflects the college's philosophy that students benefit from private space for academic work. All-gender bathrooms are standard throughout. Kim attracts upperclass students who want modern facilities with the intimacy of a smaller building.
