Riverwalk Apartments offer IU Indianapolis's most independent living option, with one-, two-, and four-bedroom fully furnished apartments along the White River. Each unit includes a full kitchen, private bathrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer — making it the closest thing to off-campus living while remaining part of the campus community. Meal plans are optional rather than required. Trail access from the building connects residents to the Cultural Trail and downtown Indianapolis. Primarily houses upperclassmen, transfers, and graduate students.
