University Tower is IU Indianapolis's premium residential option, housed in a converted 4-diamond hotel that offers a distinctly upscale urban living experience. Triple-occupancy rooms come with private bathrooms and city skyline views from upper floors. Designed primarily for first-year students who want an immersive downtown Indianapolis experience, the Tower is located directly adjacent to campus and within walking distance of Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
