The Sheridan Townhouses are a townhouse-style apartment complex at John Brown University designed for upperclass students, housing approximately 106 residents in two-story units. Each townhouse includes a private bathroom, a shared living area, and a kitchen, giving students a more independent living experience while remaining part of the JBU residential community. The co-ed complex houses men and women in separate units. All units have central air conditioning.
