The Sheridan Townhouses are a townhouse-style apartment complex at John Brown University designed for upperclass students, housing approximately 106 residents in two-story units. Each townhouse includes a private bathroom, a shared living area, and a kitchen, giving students a more independent living experience while remaining part of the JBU residential community. The co-ed complex houses men and women in separate units. All units have central air conditioning. The Sheridan Townhouses are popular with juniors and seniors who want apartment-style amenities and the privacy of a private bathroom while staying on campus and within the JBU community standards.
