Golden Bear Village South is KU's largest housing community, comprising eight apartment buildings on the south side of campus with approximately 1,000 students total. Each apartment has two bedrooms (single and double-occupancy), two bathrooms, a furnished living and dining area, and a full kitchen with refrigerator and stove. Buildings 10 and 80 are mid-rise with elevators; the remaining six are garden-style. Air-conditioned throughout.
