Maida House is the third building in Lehigh's acclaimed 2021 residential complex, alongside Singleton House and Hitch House. The three buildings share a central interconnected hub and together house 405 students in modern, air-conditioned semi-suite configurations. Maida House offers the same high-quality living standards as its companion buildings: semi-private bathrooms (two bedrooms sharing one bathroom), full air conditioning, all-gender housing, and beautifully appointed common areas. The interconnected design means Maida residents enjoy full access to all shared amenities across the complex. Like Singleton and Hitch, Maida is primarily available to second-year and upperclass students. It is consistently cited as among the best dorm experiences at any university in Pennsylvania.
