Ignatian Hall is Loyola's premier senior apartment-style residence, housing approximately 80 students in fully equipped apartments with private bathrooms and kitchens. Named after St. Ignatius of Loyola, the founder of the Society of Jesus and the university's namesake, Ignatian Hall represents the culmination of the Loyola residential experience. Seniors living here enjoy significant autonomy — managing their own meals, schedules, and living spaces — while still being embedded in the campus community. The hall reflects the Jesuit ideal of forming mature, self-directed leaders ready to enter the world as men and women for others.
