Maseeh Hall (formerly Parallel Hall) is a modern MIT residence hall opened in 2011 and named for Fariborz Maseeh (MIT '90), with central air conditioning — one of the few MIT dorms with full AC. Located at the foot of the Massachusetts Avenue bridge on the Charles River side of campus. Corridor-style rooms with communal bathrooms. Maseeh's position next to the river and its modern amenities make it one of the most comfortable MIT dorms. It has its own dining hall, Next Dining.
