Perkins House is Middlebury's Spanish language house (La Casa Hispana), located at 122 Hillcrest Road behind the tennis courts. The house features ten single rooms housing nine students plus a Spanish-speaking teaching assistant. All residents pledge to speak only Spanish in the house, providing year-round immersion that complements Middlebury's summer Spanish School. The house hosts regular gatherings and cultural programming for the broader Spanish-language community on campus.
