Preska Residence Community is a mixed-style complex on the MNSU Mankato campus housing approximately 500 students across four halls (I, J, K, L). I Hall offers traditional corridor-style double rooms with communal floor bathrooms and hosts Learning Community academic floors. J, K, and L halls offer suite-style living with private in-suite bathrooms. Two elevator locations in the complex. Located directly across from the library and University Dining Center, making it one of the most centrally located residential communities on campus.
