About East Hall

East Hall is one of the largest residence halls on campus, housing approximately 185 students, and has the second-highest number of singles of any hall at Oberlin. Located at 176 N. Professor Street on the north side of campus, just across the street from Stevenson Hall, East draws students who value privacy — with so many singles and lounges scattered throughout, the building has a quieter, more independent atmosphere that contrasts with its large capacity.
