Davis Hall is a fully furnished three-story apartment-style residence hall in the North Monroe Neighborhood at Oklahoma State University. Named after Nancy Randolph Davis, OSU's first African-American student and recipient of the OSU Distinguished Alumni Award in 1999 — a historic honor reflecting her pioneering role at the university. Apartments include 2–4 private bedrooms, a full kitchen, and in-unit washer/dryer. Davis Hall houses approximately 120 residents.
