University Commons North opened in 2015 as part of OSU's first major residential construction in a decade. The five-story all-women building houses approximately 320 residents in a corridor-style layout where community bathrooms serve small clusters of 6–8 nearby rooms, each divided into private stalls for toilets and showers. University Commons North features elevator access, in-building laundry, community study lounges, and a welcoming environment for first-year students.
