Payne Ellis Hall is a fully furnished three-story apartment-style residence hall in the Morrison Neighborhood at Oklahoma State University. Named after Nancy Payne Ellis, an OSU alumna from the Human Environmental Sciences program and a distinguished community leader. Apartments include 2–3 private bedrooms, a full kitchen, and in-unit washer/dryer. Payne Ellis houses approximately 110 residents.
