About Curtin Hall

Curtin Hall is one of Penn State's 16 East Halls residence halls, named for Andrew Gregg Curtin, 16th Governor of Pennsylvania — celebrated as the "War Governor" for his vigorous support of the Union during the Civil War. Traditional corridor-style first-year housing with communal bathrooms, no air conditioning. Part of the East Halls cluster on the east side of University Park.
