Pennypacker Hall is one of Penn State's 16 East Halls residence halls, named for Samuel Whitaker Pennypacker, 24th Governor of Pennsylvania and a noted historian and legal scholar. Traditional corridor-style first-year housing with communal floor bathrooms, no air conditioning. Part of the East Halls cluster east of campus.
