About Lyon Court

Lyon Court is a South Campus first-year residence hall completed in 1990 and renovated in 1998 and 2004, located near Pendleton Pool. The building offers spacious one-room doubles and triples along corridor hallways, with a comfortable lounge, central kitchen, study rooms, and laundry facilities on-site. Its proximity to Wig Beach and the pool makes it a popular home for incoming students.
