Leupp Hall is one of the River Dorms on Rutgers's College Avenue campus, a traditional corridor-style hall named for Francis E. Leupp, a Rutgers trustee. Traditional double rooms with communal bathrooms. Sits on the scenic Raritan River bluff as part of the seven-building River Dorms community.
