About University Towers

University Towers is a suite-style first-year residence hall at San Diego State University. Each suite consists of two double-occupancy rooms sharing a private bathroom. The building features UTK (University Tower's Kitchen), an on-site full-service restaurant. 135 suites accommodating 270 students. A companion building, University Towers East, is scheduled to open Fall 2027.
