M@College is an apartment-style sophomore community managed by SDSU Housing at 5030 College Ave, two blocks from the main campus. 3-bedroom units with 4 residents (mix of double and single rooms), full kitchens, and in-unit washer/dryer. Satisfies SDSU's sophomore live-on requirement. Pool, spa, fitness facility, and an 11.5-month license running through summer.
