About Viva

Viva is one of SDSU's newer apartment communities for sophomore students, located at 5750 Montezuma Rd near the main campus. 2–4 bedroom units accommodating 2–6 residents. Full kitchens, in-unit washer/dryer, AC, furnished, utilities included. Offers an 11.5-month license running through summer, longer than most SDSU communities. Part of Sophomore QUEST programming.
