Hugine Suites is SCSU's largest and most modern residence hall, offering suite-style housing for 771 students — making it the largest dormitory in South Carolina. Each suite features private or semi-private bathrooms shared among suitemates, common living areas, and modern furnishings. The complex is named after former university president Andrew Hugine Jr.
