About Thorne Hall

Josef Thorne Hall is the third of the three Jackrabbit Village halls (alongside Abbott and Spencer), named for distinguished SDSU alumni. The hall houses 148 students across 4 floors in oversized double rooms (~204 sq ft, 25% larger than most campus rooms) and single rooms. Each floor features a fully-equipped kitchen with fireplace and flat-screen TV, a sound-proof study room, a living/gaming lounge, two restrooms, laundry, and elevator access. All rooms are air-conditioned. Thorne Hall is exclusively home to first-year students, creating a welcoming community within Jackrabbit Village.
