Spencer Hall is one of three identical suite-style buildings in the Jackrabbit Village complex (2010). Each suite has 2 beds (25% larger than standard at 204 sq ft each), 2 desks, 2 dressers, and a private in-suite bathroom. Central AC/heat, elevator, laundry on each floor, study room and full-kitchen lounge per floor, and 24-hour visitation.
