Dobbins Center is a unique 2-floor, 92-suite residence hall at SEMO's River Campus in downtown Cape Girardeau, exclusively for students in the Holland College of Arts and Media. All 184 residents are part of the Visual and Performing Arts Community. Suites house two students in a shared unit with its own entrance, kitchenette, living room, and bathroom. Features an on-site fitness center and practice rooms with pianos. St. Vincent's Commons dining is on-site. Located steps from the Mississippi Riverfront — a distinctly different setting from the main campus.
