Southeast Missouri State University is a public regional university in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, on the banks of the Mississippi River, enrolling approximately 9,700 students. SEMO offers more than 150 undergraduate and graduate programs with strong emphasis in business, education, health sciences, and the arts. About 2,500 students live on campus across two main residential clusters (North and South campuses) plus the River Campus in downtown Cape Girardeau. Laundry and Wi-Fi are included. Heavy special interest community programming is embedded in LaFerla and Vandiver halls.
