Vandiver Hall is a suite-style residence on SEMO's South Campus housing 293 students in 4-person suites (two rooms sharing one bathroom with double sinks and separate private toilet and shower stalls). Home to six Special Interest Communities: Arts and Media Collective (Floor 2), The Commons (Floor 2), Redhawks Nursing (Floor 3), Honors (Floor 4), College of Humanities and Social Sciences (Floor 5), and Professional Pilot (Floor 5). Floor lounges with kitchenettes. Near Panda Express, Redhawk Market, and Chick-fil-A. On-site laundry included.
