About 101 Tremont Street

101 Tremont Street is Suffolk's sixth residence hall, housing approximately 280 students, with its first three floors opened in Fall 2026. The 1899 building sits along the Freedom Trail within 800 feet of every major MBTA line, and across its history served as a commercial hub — including as the Boston Braves' headquarters. Its addition let Suffolk extend housing eligibility toward all four years, with plans to accommodate graduate and law students.
