About One Court Street

One Court Street is Suffolk's residence hall in the historic Ames Building, which opened to students in Fall 2020 after the city approved its conversion. It houses up to 300 students in 114 rooms — doubles, triples, quads and 5-, 6- and 8-person living spaces, each with its own bathroom (some larger spaces have two). The first floor holds social and common spaces, with student lounges, game rooms, study areas and on-site laundry above, and upper-floor lounges with city views.
