About Bowman South

Six-floor high-rise tower of the Bowman Complex dedicated to the First Year Experience (FYE) program. Houses ~300 first-year students in standard double rooms (~11'×16') with communal floor bathrooms. Features an Arts Floor, an Honors Floor, the Bowman Commons (media room, business center, multipurpose room, gaming area), a large first-floor kitchen, and laundry on floors 3–7.
