Ten independent two-story townhouse buildings located between Maxcy Hall and Knowles Hall, housing ~223 students in single-occupancy rooms. Each unit houses 4–5 residents with individual bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, full-size refrigerator), a dining area, living room, patio, and private bathrooms (4-person: 1.5 baths; 5-person: 3 full baths). Features central air conditioning, individually controlled heat, and shared laundry in central buildings.
