Lakeside West is the western wing of the Lakeside residence hall complex at the University of Alabama, sharing the scenic Lake Alice campus setting with Lakeside East. Like its counterpart, Lakeside West offers suite-style living with semi-private bathrooms, community lounges, and access to the Lakeside Dining Hall in the complex. The building is popular for its combination of comfortable suite-style rooms and immediate proximity to campus dining. Its south-campus location near athletic facilities makes it especially popular among students involved in campus recreation and intramural sports.
