Sproul Landing is one of UCLA's Deluxe first-year residence halls on The Hill, adjacent to Sproul Cove. Thermostat-controlled AC in every room with communal bathrooms shared among a cluster of rooms per floor. Sproul Landing's Deluxe designation means students get the comfort of AC without the full suite-style bathroom privacy of the Plaza or Sunset Village communities. Part of the south end of The Hill's residential complex.
