Walker Avenue Apartments is UMBC's only graduate-friendly housing option (students with 39+ credits welcome; graduate students welcome). The community, operated through a public-private partnership with Capstone On-Campus, offers four-person apartments with private single bedrooms sharing one bathroom, full kitchens, and in-unit laundry. 24-hour Community Center access, streaming services, complimentary laundry included. No meal plan required.
