University Terrace is UMES's newest first-year residence hall, housing over 300 students in suite-style rooms with semi-private bathrooms. Each suite includes access to a fully equipped kitchen, making it the most self-sufficient of the first-year halls. Located close to the Student Services Center and the Engineering & Aviation Science Complex. All-female building. Free laundry in building. Multiple gathering spaces for community events. The premium building on campus for incoming first-year women.
