About University Hall

University Hall is a suite-style residence hall at UMass Boston serving sophomore, junior, and senior students. Each suite includes semi-private bathrooms shared among suite-mates, providing greater privacy than the corridor-style first-year halls. The building offers in-building laundry, elevator access, and full ADA compliance. University Hall is a popular choice for upperclassmen who want to remain on campus while enjoying an independent living environment close to the harbor and campus resources.
