Kenan Residence Hall is part of UNC's South Campus Avery/Chase/Kenan cluster. Named for William Rand Kenan Jr., the significant UNC benefactor. Traditional corridor-style double rooms with communal floor bathrooms, no air conditioning. Kenan's South Campus location places it near the main dining commons and recreational facilities.
