About Ram Village

Ram Village is UNC's fully furnished apartment community on South Campus, consisting of five residential buildings (Ram Village I, II, III, Taylor Hall [Ram Village IV], and Ram Village V) with four-bedroom apartments. Each unit features private bedrooms, a full shared kitchen, a living area, and air conditioning. Ram Village is primarily upperclass housing and offers the most apartment-like on-campus experience at UNC. The complex is convenient to South Campus dining, the Student Recreation Center, and athletic facilities.
