Driscoll Hall is one of the University of Scranton's first-year corridor residence halls. All rooms are furnished double-occupancy with Twin XL beds, desks, dressers, and wardrobes or built-in closets. Bathrooms are shared communal facilities on each floor. The building has no central air conditioning (fans are permitted). Residents enjoy free high-efficiency laundry, lounge areas with TVs, wireless internet throughout, and light housekeeping. First-year students are assigned to these halls as part of the university's required freshman residency. Built in 1965, Driscoll Hall is one of the newer corridor-style freshman buildings and sits near the center of campus.
