Rutledge is a historic 3-story building on the USC Horseshoe housing approximately 53 continuing Honors College students in 2-bedroom and 5-bedroom furnished apartments. Each unit has a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and microwave, plus in-unit washer/dryer space. No elevator. Home to the Honors Community.
