Miner Village is UTEP's flagship residential community, named for the university's Miners athletic identity. It is a suite-style complex featuring semi-private bathrooms within furnished suite clusters and is the largest residential community on campus. Miner Village houses primarily first-year students and is designed to mirror the university's distinctive Bhutanese architectural style. It is located near the main academic quad and the Union Building dining facility.
