Davison House is a classic corridor-style residence accommodating approximately 120–140 students, with communal bathrooms shared by each floor. One of Vassar's older residential buildings, Davison has the traditional layout common to the college's historic housing stock: long hallways of singles and doubles, communal bathrooms at each end of the floor, and common rooms that anchor social life on each level. No central AC. Davison is frequently home to a mix of first- and second-year students and is known for developing a strong floor-level community under its resident advisor structure. The building's proximity to central campus makes it a convenient base for classes and dining.
