About Claflin Hall

Claflin Hall is one of Wellesley's oldest corridor residences, part of a U-shaped Gothic Revival complex that opens onto scenic Lake Waban. Located at the western end of campus, Claflin is beloved for its Alice in Wonderland wood carvings in the first-floor living room and spectacular lake views. It houses a mix of class years with a dedicated first-year floor, and is home to Claflin Bakery, which produces much of the fresh bread and desserts served across campus dining halls.
