[North Campus (The Hill)] Built in 1932, Tyler House sits on "the Hill" — approximately 0.6 miles from the main campus center. Student feedback consistently highlights maintenance concerns, inadequate bathroom sizing for the number of residents, and poor exterior lighting. The significant uphill walk in winter conditions is frequently cited as a major hardship. Despite its challenges, the Hill's isolation creates an unusually tight-knit community among its residents.
