About Lipton House

[North Campus (The Hill)] Originally built in 1918 as the Phi Chi Phi fraternity house (designed by architect Allen Cox), Lipton House was formerly known as Hamilton House before becoming a residential hall. Its fraternity house origins give it a distinctive layout compared to purpose-built dorms. Offers pod-style housing. Located on the Hill with the same distance trade-offs as other Hill buildings.
