La Playa Hall is a traditional corridor-style residence hall at California State University, Long Beach, scheduled to open Fall 2026. Houses approximately 420 students in double-occupancy rooms. Community kitchens are available on each floor. Gender-designated communal bathrooms are maintained by facilities staff. Located on the east side of campus near the Student Recreation and Wellness Center.
