Parkside Central comprises four lettered residential buildings (M, N, P, Q) within CSULB's Parkside Village, each housing approximately 115 students. Double-occupancy corridor-style rooms with communal bathrooms shared among 12–14 students. No air conditioning in bedrooms; ceiling fans provided; common areas have cooling. Building M is home to the First Generation House thematic community.
