Parkside North Hall is the newest and largest traditional-style building in CSULB's Parkside Village, accommodating approximately 470 students across four floors. The hall features fully air-conditioned rooms (singles, doubles, and 2-bedroom suites), elevators, rooftop terrace, and communal kitchens. It is connected to Parkside's dining hall and offers a half-wing pod-style bathroom configuration. The hall is particularly accessible and popular among students who want newer facilities within a community setting.
