Green Hall is one of the four original North Quad residence halls at CMC, housing up to 72 students in double-occupancy rooms organized into suites of four. Each suite shares a bathroom, and like the rest of North Quad, room doors open to the outdoors rather than to an interior corridor — a layout that encourages casual interaction between neighbors and gives the quad a relaxed, almost Mediterranean feel. There is no in-room air conditioning (a shared air-conditioned lounge is available), but the outdoor orientation and mild Claremont weather make it manageable. Green Hall sits in the heart of the original campus and is popular with students who want a classic CMC residential experience.
